Hi! My name is Shannon, and I have been assisting clients heal as a massage therapist since graduating from The Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2007, I moved back to my hometown of San Diego and started working in the spas at both The Hotel del Coronado and The Hard Rock Hotel. While working those jobs, I pursued a career in healthcare, where I still work today. I currently work at Rady Children's Hospital and Sharp Hospital as a respiratory therapist. On my days off from working in healthcare, I now enjoy a low key, personal interaction with each of my massage clients.

I have since become a certified yoga instructor, which has only enhanced my desire and love for healing and balance in life. Healing the body and spirit is a lifelong process, and I love that I have the opportunity to help others on their path to health and peace.
